Location. The Playasol Spa Hotel is located in Almeria, Spain, two kilometres from Mario Water Park and three kilometres from Roquetas de Mar harbour. Almeria city centre is 21 kilometres from the hotel.
Hotel Features. Situated on the seafront and surrounded by lush gardens, this beach resort hotel features a vast outdoor swimming pool surrounded by 200 palm trees. The pool has a water slide and jetted tub, and there is a poolside bar. There is a separate children's pool, and an indoor pool open during low season only. The Acquaplaya Spa offers beauty treatments including hydromassage. There is also on onsite hair salon, and nightly entertainment is offered. Internet access is available.
Local and International buffet dishes are served at Andalusia, a modern restaurant with wicker furniture. There is a baby corner available with a refrigerator and microwave. The Casablanca beach club restaurant is open during high season and offers paella, seafood, and Mediterranean cuisine. El Pirata, the poolside bar, serves light snacks. The all inclusive rate plan incorporates buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, tapas, and drinks (local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks). The half board rate includes buffet breakfast and buffet dinner.
Bicycle rentals are available on site and scooter rentals are offered nearby. The games area includes bowls, giant chess, miniature golf, and archery. During high season, kids aged 4 to 12 years can join Club Dolphin, and there is a teen club for 12 to 18 year olds. Pilates and aerobics are offered on site, and Playa Serena golf course is 800 metres from the hotel. Water sports offered nearby include surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving.
Guestrooms. The 313 air conditioned guestrooms all extend to balconies and have bright contemporary decor and wicker furniture. Amenities include satellite television, direct dial phones, minibars, and hair dryers. All inclusive and half board rates are available.

Distance to Playasol Hotel is 30 kilometres, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. Shuttle buses are available to and from the airport. Alternatively, taxis and hire cars are also available.
Getting around. The immediate area can be explored by foot, and Almeria is serviced by bus and train networks. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding countryside.
